Registration Guidelines

    Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation request must be received by Conference Secretariat in writing through email at info@icalindia.com
  • Cancellations received on or before October 7, 2015, will be charged 50% of the delegate fee less an administration charges of Rs.1500
  • No Refunds for cancellations received after October 7, 2015, for registered delegates or delegates who fail to attend the Conference.
  • All refunds will be made within 15 days after the conference
  • Replacement of delegate name before October 30, 2015 is welcome
  • Terms & Conditions

  • While remitting registration fee please add bank charges if any.
  • Please do not deposit registration fee by cash in conference bank account
  • Telephone booking is provisional until written confirmation is received, either by fax or by post with payment.
  • Alternatively a proforma invoice can be requested in which case payment must be made within 7 working days.
  • Any deficiency in registration fee will be realized at the registration counter before handing over registration badge.
  • Organising Committee reserves the right to change the venue and dates and speakers.
  • All payments must be received with completely filled Registration Form.
  • Delegate substitutions are welcome and must be received 7 days prior to the date of the conference in writing and such changes do not incur any additional charges.

  • Registration Fees entitlements
    a) Admittance to Inaugural Session, Lectures and Panel Discussions and Trade Exhibition.
    b) One Conference Kit
    c) AM/PM Tea and lunch on conference day

  • Transfers: There will be no transfer of registration to any other event conducted by ICAL / NITMA.
  • *Accompanying Persons are entitled to

  • Attend Inaugural & Valedictory sessions
  • AM / PM Tea and Lunch on the conference day
  • Admittance to the Exhibition Area
  • *Accompanying Persons are not entitled to

  • Conference Kitbag
  • Admittance to Lectures and Panel Discussions
