Registration Fee


  • GST is 18 % on registration fee which is subject to change as per the government circulars.
  • Hotel accommodation and other travel expenses are NOT included in the registration fee for the conference
  • Accompanying Spouse registration is for Lunch and Dinner only.
  • If Hotel or Transport service are needed kindly send mail on : ical2019@thekonnect.in
  • Registration amount received must be equivalent to the INR amount mentioned on the form and portal irrespective of any fluctuation in exchange rate.
  • All fields in the registration form to be filled as per the details mentioned in Govt. ID.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be received in writing and are subject to the following charges:

  1. All cancellation received on or before October 1st, 2019 will be charged at 50% of the delegate fee less an administration charge of Rs. 1500.
  2. Cancellation received after October 1st, 2019 will be charged at 100% of the delegate fee.
  3. Please email or fax to +91-124-410-2075.
    Refunds will only be made 30 days after the conference.

Terms And Conditions

  1. Telephone booking is provisional until written confirmation is received, either by fax or by post with payment. Alternatively a proforma invoice can be requested in which case payment must be made within 7 working days. Organiser reserves the right to change the venue and dates and speakers.
  2. All payments must be received with completely filled registration form.
  3. Substitutions: Delegate Substitutions are welcome and must be received 10 days prior to the date of the conference in writing and such changes do not incur any additional charges.
  4. Transfers: There will be no transfers to any other event conducted by us. Once signed and returned by e-mail of fax, the delegate registration form is regarded as a firm contract.
  5. We ask you to kindly authorize us, by your signature to use all information data given in this form for computerized handling of the conference.
  6. Acceptance of registration is at the sole direction of the organising committee. Confirmation of registration will be sent in writing upon receipt of full payment.
